LUSH is hosting a celebration of Women and Cycling
with the St Albans Cycle Campaign on

Our guest speaker will be Rona Wightman, CTC ride leader and St Albans Cycle Campaign

Rona has been leading women-only rides since 2007 and has extensive knowledge and experience of being a female cyclist!

A successful evening, our thanks to LUSH for their hospitality. We looked at mapping of routes, puncture mending and maintenance, roadcraft and safe riding.
