London wins bike funding, does Herts get an equal bite of the cake?
Bike Radar carries a story about plans to spend almost £20 million on bike intrastructure, promotion and training in the next financial year as part of a wider £75 million spend.
Wikipedia has London's population as 7.5million, so by my reckoning that's £2.85 per capita.
St Albans population is around 130,000- does anyone know what the cycling budget is?
