The Bike Show from Resonance FM

The Bike Show from Resonance FM, possibly the world's best radio show about all aspects of cycling, is bringing their 'Listeners and friends' ride to St Albans on 6 November.

I'll try to get a route map from them so people can meet up if they want.

The Bikeshow is broadcast by London's Resonance FM, which you can't pick up in St Albans, but there are podcasts of the programmes on the site which are well worth listening to.
